IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to a series of changes in the makeup of conferences, HistoricFootballPosters.com has been required to remove many of the posters which we had previously offered for sale. This game is one of the posters affected.

Hopefully this will be only a temporary setback. You can contact us at sales@historicfootballposters.com if you wish to inquire about any prospects of reinstatements for the upcoming holidays. You will receive a prompt and personal reply. We thank you for your patience, and more than share your frustration.

The Tar Heels have never been much of a football power, but in a four year stretch after World War II, they managed to go to three major bowl games, compiling an overall record of 32-7-2. The legendary figure behind this was the two-time Heisman Trophy runnerup, Charlie (Choo-Choo) Justice, who is still considered the greatest offensive player in the history of the Carolina Blue.
