IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to a series of changes in the makeup of conferences, HistoricFootballPosters.com has been required to remove many of the posters which we had previously offered for sale. This game is one of the posters affected.

Hopefully this will be only a temporary setback. You can contact us at sales@historicfootballposters.com if you wish to inquire about any prospects of reinstatements for the upcoming holidays. You will receive a prompt and personal reply. We thank you for your patience, and more than share your frustration.

New York may have had the Yankees, the Giants and the Dodgers, but between the wars Pittsburgh had Duquesne, Pitt and Carnegie Tech. All three of them were perennial powers, and during the 30's their rivalries were white hot. This Duquesne win over Pitt not only marked the Panthers' only loss from mid-1935 through mid-1938, but it vaulted the Dukes to the top of the Associated Press national poll.
